Lafayette Bridge Replacement

Advanced Concrete Sawing provided specialized concrete cutting services as part of the replacement of the Lafayette Bridge, a major Mississippi River crossing connecting downtown St. Paul with the city’s south side. The project involved construction of new northbound and southbound bridge structures and represented one of the region’s most significant transportation infrastructure improvements.

ACS supported the project through extensive flat sawing and bridge railing removal operations performed throughout both bridge structures. Over the course of the project, our crews completed more than 109,956 linear feet of flat sawing and removed nearly 6,400 linear feet of concrete bridge railing.

The scale of the work required careful planning, coordination, and consistent production over an extended period of time. Through close collaboration with the project team, ACS delivered the specialized concrete cutting services necessary to support construction of this critical transportation corridor and one of the largest bridge replacement projects in Minnesota.
